I’ve had the opportunity to host an Agile 101 Workshop for the North Island College that’s based in Courtenay, BC – Canada.

Fellow CDM alumni, Ashley Blacquiere, and a faculty of the school asked if I could share my insights as well as provide a learning experience for his community on the subject. Since we’ve been strong-armed by this COVID-19 pandemic to adjust with the times, we managed to organize this workshop remotely and bake in an interactive game to the agenda. As always for these types of workshops, as “teachers” we want to provide a taste of Agility and at a high-level learn the “Whys & Basic Hows” of Agile/Scrum.

Feel free to give me any feedback and comments. I know I have a lot of space for improvement in public speaking engagements and answering questions straight to the point, but all I can do is keep practising. <3

Cheers!
