As October draws to a close, I had the opportunity to facilitate an Agile Workshop for Berlin's strategy company - diffferent.de. The objective was to teach a group of consultants what Agile & Scrum is all about in 1 day.

#Management 3.0 in Berlin ✓

The #Management 3.0 workshop was a great chance for me to step out of my daily management bubble and discover new ways to motivate teams. I'm fortunate to have attended the workshop and learned many new tools.
