As October draws to a close, I had the opportunity to facilitate an Agile Workshop for Berlin’s strategy company – diffferent.de. The objective was to teach a group of consultants what Agile & Scrum is all about in 1 day.
With another project wrapped and laid to rest, I have joined a new project at a perfect time where the team is small and fresh enough to integrate fun workshop and educate on the basic scrum and agile practises to build a foundation for their work processes.
